All Sales Are Final

Orders may not be cancelled once processing has begun. The only exceptions occur in rare circumstances where an incorrect item was shipped or the product arrived in visibly damaged condition. Indemnification

Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for consideration. LUX SHIPPING POLICY

LUX ships exclusively within the United States. Most orders are processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves the LUX facility, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. LUX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, or any circumstances beyond its control.
